There seems to be an important word left out in this document: https://engage.rdck.ca/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Food_Appliance.pdf

The second sentence reads: “These appliances are not composters
as they do produce a finished product that qualifies as compost.” Seems to me that the word “not” been left out, and it was intended to read: “These appliances are not composters
as they do NOT produce a finished product that qualifies as compost.”

Is that the case?
